Delivery Information for Your Digital Edition or Print Edition

It is important that you receive your papers in a timely fashion.

  • Your classroom newspapers should be complete with all sections, bundled in a plastic bag, with a white sheet of paper on top with your name on it. This is your “lead” sheet.

  • For delivery problems, such as missing papers, incomplete papers, wrong quantity, late delivery, etc., please leave a message at
    954-425-1119 or e-mail clustig@SunSentinel.com

    Include your name, school name, contact information and what the problem is.

    We will return your call as soon as possible.

  • Your newspapers are delivered directly to your school before 7:00 AM in the morning.

  • Please make sure your custodial and office staff know that the newspapers belong to you, and that they are brought inside the school to an agreed-upon area.

  • Let your colleagues know that you are receiving newspapers and on what day(s) you will be receiving them.

  • Please help us! If you see newspapers sitting at your school unused, let us know immediately.

  • Keep a copy of the order form for your records. If you do not receive your Sun Sentinel on the requested start date, please call us.
