Q. How do I pay for my certificate?
A. Sun-Sentinel uses PayPal as its transaction vendor. You can either enter your credit card info or pay using PayPal by signing into your account. Want to know more about PayPal. Click here.

Q. It is 9am on Friday, why can't I see the certificates on sale?
A. Please refresh your browser as a first step. Click on the "More Info" button and you should see a "Buy Now" button or a "Sorry, this certificate is Sold Out." If you are still having technical difficulty, please click here.

Q. How long will it take to get the certificates?
A. It takes 7 - 10 business days from the date of purchase to receive the certificate.

Q. I ordered my certificate and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?

Q. Can I pick up the certificate at the Sun-Sentinel?
A. Unfortunately, all Sun-Sentinel.com dining deal certificates must be mailed to the address on record for the transaction.
