Coal Fire Pizza in Parkland.

Located in the Waterways Shoppes, 7625 N. State Road 7 (441), Giovanni's presents an outstanding experience at a reasonable price.

The menu features an assortment of coal fire pizzas with numerous toppings, supported by several fresh salads and coal fire chicken wings. In addition, Giovanni's offers various traditional Italian favorites such as chicken, meatball and eggplant parmigianas, sausage and peppers, calzones, plus a gigantic home made bread sandwich piled high with fresh Italian cold cuts. A special treat is the San Genero Feast which is a combination of jumbo cheese ravioli, meatballs, and eggplant rollatini. To top off a great meal, the dessert case displays an assortment of fruit pies, tiramisu, cheese cakes, and several homemade Italian specialties. Other scrumptious delights are oranges and coconuts stuffed with gelato. Giovanni's encourages one to share the fare, and of course, offers everything to go.


The extraordinary wine list features a variety of selections from either Italy or California, all reasonably priced. These wines appeal to the most sophisticated palates.

In addition to enjoying the delicious food in the dining room setting, a patron may view one of the eight high definition flat screen televisions while listening to the gentle crooning of Frank Sinatra or the like. Outdoor accommodations are adjacent to one of several sparkling fountains, or overlook the fish-filled canal located next to the restaurant.
